This beach house is for those that want to play and have easy access to the beach. There is a large screened in viewing deck that has two sets of bunk beds, and two futons. These are in addition to the two queen beds in the two bedrooms.

Make no mistake, the house is older and has some nuances due to the age. This property doesn't have A/C, but has a large screened in wrap around porch that cools off the house. Wi-Fi available with up to 5 simultaneous device connections. This has private beach access. No access to Indian Creek Ranch. Entrance is south of the Indian Creek Ranch, not through the ranch entrance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
